La Liga side Sevilla are said to be extremely interested in AC Milan forward flop Andre Silva.
The highly-rated Portuguese international joined AC Milan in 2017 but failed to meet the expectations in Italy and replicate the high-standard form he displayed while paying for FC Porto.
The 22-year-old joined AC Milan for a fee worth €22 million and was touted to become a star striker for the fallen Italian giants. He largely failed to live up to the hype and ended up making 24 Serie A appearances during which time he managed to score mere 2 goals.
Spanish reports are now claiming that Sevilla are keen to offer Silva a lifeline and an opportunity to get his career back on track after a demoralizing spell in Serie A.
The Rojiblancos were initially thinking about a loan move for the Portuguese international but the latest news coming from Italy have it that Spaniards would be open to splashing no less than €20 million to buy the forward outright.
